Eric and his team were excellent. Professional, communicated with us through the entire project, provided helpful insight when making decisions, and completed the work on time. We actually thought we would need several different contractors to complete the work of repairing an existing 1/4 mile road, add culverts to runoff spots, put in a septic system for an RV dump, build a road for the RV dump site, add gravel to the road, correct the slope to the barn that a previous excavator did and did not care to correct, and pack down material inside our pole barn. Once the project was completed, we actually were surprised on how well it turned out and truly believe that they went above and beyond with their quality of work. Truly, I cannot speak highly enough about this team. Price was definitely affordable and will definitely use them and recommend them to others. Seriously, these folks are top notch.

My family has used Seifert Enterprises for many jobs from excavation for propane lines to grading and topsoiling to establish a lawn. Seifert has been maintaining our 1/2-mile driveway for many years. Recently, we asked them to re-build the road to widen it and install six drainage culverts. they installed road base as a finishing touch. We couldn’t be happier with the smoothness of the road and the overall appearance. They will continue to provide winter plowing, and any minor maintenance needed.
Communication and excellent quality of service. When I had questions about the service, I would receive a quick response. I also appreciated the fact that they took on a job that needed different expertise. I thought we were going to have to have different companies complete them all. Seifert was able to handle it all. We are beyond happy with the quality of work. They went above and beyond what was expected. We are needing more work on our property and I plan on calling them first to see if they can do it.

I am 100% happy with the recent road work we had done out on Rocky Ridge, Jake is a master machine operator, and our modified road is ready for all the rain we can get. Good, fair price!

Seifert’s has been doing our POA road maintenance and plowing for years now and they have always been on time, on budget and a job well done. They also replaced a septic tank for us that was fast, efficient and low cost. Highly recommend Eric and his crew and staff!
The perfect solution. We have a long, uphill driveway with multiple switchbacks and serious drainage issues. We had a driveway with culvert installed, large parking pad, and septic with a pipe for us to empty our water tanks in our camper. Communication from Lindsey and Eric was good, pricing was fair, the work was done fairly quickly and it all looks fantastic. Very happy with our decision to use them.

Showed up with my truck and trailer for road base. The folks in the office took the time to explain the process and give me directions on where to get weighed and loaded up. Material handlers did a great job. They can keep a credit card on file and email you an invoice. Makes things really convenient. Great group of people. Looking forward to coming back next time I need something.
From first office contact to job completion, I can’t be more pleased with my new driveway & Seifert! Alex is a skilled Kubota MASTER! Fun to watch as he made short work of the job at hand. Was extremely careful guiding rock into tight places as well as hand placing rock around some bushes!
